I truly believe that we are in a time where love should be the answer. A time that invites us to ask: how do we support and hold one other? And just as importantly - how do we allow ourselves to be held by others?
My sessions and teachings are rooted in my personal experiences, intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual guidance. I serve from my most authentic core.

Healing- Curandera
I come from a lineage of Curanderas, healers and doulas from Lake Titicaca. Curanderas carry deep ancestral knowledge of plants, foods, and natural remedies - working in harmony with the body, mind, and spirit to restore balance and support healing.
My healing approach is deeply rooted in the heart, serving as a vehicle for divine presence and growth. It allows you to connect with higher presence of love, as we heal and clear. Healing can be experienced on several levels, including the emotional and physical body. It can help relieve pain while dissolving blockages and limitations within the energy system, aura, past lives, and energetic connections. Each session is unique and intended for your highest growth and transformation. During these sessions, you may receive messages from guides, light beings, and other sources of spiritual support. To fully benefit from the experience, it is highly recommended to be in a quiet space and away from distractions. Healing sessions are also available for animals, providing them with the same benefits. At the moment, I am offering session mostly live online.

Herbal Therapy Consultation
This consultation is designed to focus on your unique health and wellness goals through the use of natural remedies and somatic tools. Herbal therapy consultation is dedicated to support your body, mind and spirit to achieve sustainable changes. You'll gain guidance and tools to improve your well-being and restore balance in your life. In addition, healing can be offered to deepen the transformative experience.

Sacred Cacao Ceremonialist

I grew up drinking Cacao and I am honored to offer Cacao circles that celebrate my ancestors, my roots, and the indigenous communities who have long been guardians of this sacred plant.
In my cacao circles, we come together in a sacred space to share healing songs, astrology tools, guided meditation, intuitive healing, and journaling. Each circle is an invitation to return to the heart, to honor the wisdom of the Earth, and to remember our unity.
Sacred Cacao helps us listen not just with the mind, but with the heart—opening us to life, to presence, and to deeper connection with one another. It is a medicine for the body, mind, and soul.

I am Oceana, a therapist and channel, who services to empower you on your journey to healing and remembrance. Over the past decade, I have immersed myself in exploring the body, mind and soul work from many different angles and approaches. The medical, the spiritual and the holistic.
My journey into the realm of health, healing, and holistic wellness began as a personal quest to heal my body, mind, and ancestral lineage. Growing up, I faced many challenges, lessons, and human experiences that led me to explore and seek for alternative healing. Eventually, I reached a moment of certainty—when I realized that my own healing journey held gifts and wisdom that had always been within me. From that moment on, everything shifted.
My mission is to inspire and empower you with a holistic approach to wellness, rooted in natural remedies, evidence-based studies, and energy healing. I offer circles, private sessions, consultation and more to support and optimize holistic health. Based in Uppsala, Sweden, where I live with my ally Ella.
